בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָ”א אֱלֹהִי”ם, שָׁם אִי”שׁ, שָׁם אִשָּׁה עִם ה’ שֶׁל אֱלֹהִי”ם, וַעֲלֵיהֶםנֶאֱמַר סַמְּכוּנִי בָּאֲשִׁישׁוֹת, בְּאִישׁ וְאִשָּׁה, וּמִי גָרַם אֶת זֶה? מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהִתְפַּשְּׁטוּ מִכָּתְנוֹת אוֹר אָדָם וְחַוָּה, וּמִשּׁוּם זֶה, סַמְּכוּנִי בָּאֲשִׁישׁוֹת – בְּכָתְנוֹת עוֹר, שֶׁהֵם כְּנֶגֶד וְעֹרֹת אֵילִם מְאָדָּמִיםוְכוּ’.<\/p>\n

\nTikkun 64 <\/strong>– 1<\/p>\n

Inthe first three words of the Torah, בְּרֵאשִׁיתבָּרָ”א אֱלֹהִי”ם,”Inthe Beginning God created…”, we find the words for Man, איש and Woman אשה.
\nAfterthe sin, the man and woman lost their original garments of Light and now theyhave garments of skin.<\/p>\n

WhenGod asked the woman “What (מַה) is this (זֹּאת) that you have done?” “מַה-זֹּאת עָשִׂית?”He actually explained to her that she disconnected Zeir Anpin<\/a> from theShechinah.
\nמַה is reference to Zeir Anpin<\/a>
\nזֹּאת is reference to the Shechinah<\/p>\n

Genesis9:17 “וַיֹּאמֶראֱלֹהִים, אֶל-נֹחַ: זֹאת אוֹת-הַבְּרִית, אֲשֶׁר הֲקִמֹתִי, בֵּינִי, וּבֵיןכָּל-בָּשָׂר אֲשֶׁר עַל-הָאָרֶץ”
\n“SoGod said to Noah, “This (זֹאת) isthe sign of the covenant I have established between me and all life on theearth.”
\nThemeaning of God’s words to Noah is that the Shechnah is with us on earth to establisha connection between him and us.<\/p>\n

Ourspiritual work is to connect “This” “זֹאת” , which is the aspect of the Shechinah with Zeir Anpin<\/a> asit was before the sin. Only then we will see the Light in completion.<\/p>\n

The soul of Adam ‘broke’ to 600,000 sparks. These are theroot souls of the Israelites<\/a> that received the Torah on Mount Sinai. The sagessaid that the Torah has 600,000 letters to represent all of these souls.<\/p>\n

The actual count by letters is much less than that but whenwe count the letter components we get599592. It is not a perfect number because the Torah represents the world ofTikkun with 613 aspects of correction. When we add 408, which is the numericalvalue of “This”, “זֹאת”, to 599592 we get 600,000. <\/p>\n

TheKabbalists teach us that Rabbi Shimon wrote the Zohar for the last generationsin order to support the Shechinah before the coming of Mashiach. Our work is toreveal the light with the study of the Zohar. It makes a stronger connectionbetween the Shechina and Zeir Anpin<\/a> and will bring about the Final Redemption.<\/p>\n
