Blessed is his portion among the upper and lower worlds. Regarding him, it is written: &ldquo;&#1488;&#1463;&#1513;&#1473;&#1456;&#1512;&#1461;&#1497;&#1498;&#1456; &#1488;&#1462;&#1512;&#1462;&#1509; &#1513;&#1473;&#1462;&#1502;&#1468;&#1463;&#1500;&#1456;&#1499;&#1468;&#1461;&#1498;&#1456; &#1489;&#1468;&#1462;&#1503; &#1495;&#1493;&#1465;&#1512;&#1460;&#1497;&#1501;&rdquo; &ldquo;Fortunate are you, O land, whose king is a free man&rdquo; (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Ecclesiastes.10.17?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Ecclesiastes 10:17<\/a>). What is a &ldquo;free man&rdquo;? It refers to one who holds his head high to reveal and explain matters and is not afraid, like a truly free person &mdash; he speaks what he wishes and does not fear. Who is your king? This is Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, the master of Torah, the master of wisdom.
