Tikkun 69<\/strong> – 17<\/p>\n

The Shechina brings life to the world and controls all manifestations on the level of Malchut<\/a>. The Zodiac constellations are part of her force.<\/p>\n

The exact time of birth determines the person’s connection to the Shechina and his whole life is based on that.<\/p>\n

Our kabalistic prayers and meditation were made to connect the Shechina to the upper levels so we can cleanse negativity from our tikkun process<\/p>\n

The negative side tries to distract us from the path of our tikkun, tempting us with situation outside the path. We should follow our tikkun path even if it is hard. Our goal is not to seek an easy life, but a clean and expanded soul. The Tikkun process leads us to the light and the spiritual connections and should be focused on removing the obstacles from this path.<\/p>\n

The morning is the time of Chessed<\/a> and when we wake up we first acknowledge our existence and create a vessel by giving thanks to the Creator for returning our soul to the body. (See Daily Zohar #533 https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?p=3502<\/a>)<\/p>\n

The next step we get out of bed is to wash hands by pouring water from a vessel over the hands three times on each hand (in the order of R-L-R-L-R-L) to remove negativity from the ‘dead’ body, a state that we experienced during the night’s sleep. You can also let the water pour from the faucet on each hand, from the wrist down focusing on the nails (Same order as above).<\/p>\n

The next step is the morning blessings that connect our vessel to the light of Chassadim<\/a>. (Click here for a PDF<\/a> Opens in a new window\/tab). They ‘shake off’ the negativity that was attached to us during the night sleep and open the way for a day with minimal influence of the other side<\/a>.
\nEvery blessing starts with the word ברוך, “Blesses”. The Holy Ari explains the connection and the secrets of this word.<\/p>\n

ב- The letter Bet begins the Torah, connects us to Binah<\/a> and to the awesome light of Creation<\/p>\n

ר- The letter Resh, represents the ‘head’ and the level of Chokmah<\/a>.<\/p>\n

ו- Vav is the connector and represents the unification between Chokmah<\/a> and Binah<\/a> and creates the Sefirah of Da’at<\/p>\n

ך- The letter Kaf for Keter<\/a> connects us to the seed of light that is in in everything.<\/p>\n

Every blessing starts with the same 6 words that represent the power of Creation, Zeir Anpin<\/a> and the channel of light to the world. The six words have 25 כה letters to connect to the seed of the blessings of the priests<\/a>.
\nNumbers 6:23<\/a> “כֹּה תְבָרְכוּ אֶת-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל”
\n“כה shall bless the children of Israel<\/a>”
\nThis blessing concludes the morning blessing with connection to the three columns<\/a> with power of balance and healing. (See Numbers 6:23<\/a>-26)
\nJust before the last blessing, we have two paragraphs that help us expand our vessel with desire and wish to remove obstacles from our path.<\/p>\n

Repeating this process every morning before we go out to the world makes a big difference. Even if a man makes his morning connection with other men in a synagogue, he should follow the above process before leaving his home.<\/p>\n

You can find many editions of the morning blessings with English or other translations. It should be found in all daily prayer books. There is a nice edition with all the basic prayers from the Kabbalah Center called “Dialing God”. Also as app for smart phones.<\/p>\n
