The Heart is the center for the Ruach.<strong>Neshama</strong> is the highest level of Light that can be achieved in this world. Righteous people that already have the level of Ruach and act selflessly for the benefit of others, can achieve the level of Neshama. Since it’s the highest level, it connects to the brain. The higher-level of the soul controls the level below it. Neshamah and Ruach can leave the person if he loses the righteous path. The level of Nefesh is removed only at the time of death, meaning when the heart stops and there is no blood circulation in the body. The other two levels of the soul are Chaya and Yechida, but they can only connect to the soul outside the body because their level of purity can not have a physical connection in this world.
" href="https://staging.dailyzohar.com/?glossary=soul-levels" data-gt-translate-attributes="[{"attribute":"data-cmtooltip", "format":"html"}]" tabindex="0" role="link">Neshama when we recite איה מקום כבודו.
These three words translate to; איה is the place of his honor. כבוד is numerical value 32.

מקור הקטע: הקדמת תיקוני הזוהר עם פרוש מעלות הסולם (רבי יהודה צבי ברנדויין זל) פסקה 352

Scan the text then follow the link below to visit the site and read the commentary for this section.
<img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-21" title="Daily Zohar -71.
