\nוְיֵשׁ הֶבֶל שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בּוֹ כִּי עַל כָּל מוֹצָא פִי יהו”ה יִחְיֶה הָאָדָם, וְזֶה הַהֶבֶל שֶׁל הַתּוֹרָה, שֶׁהוּא חֲמִשָּׁה חֻמְשֵׁי תוֹרָה, מִן ב’ שֶׁל בְּרֵאשִׁית עַד ל’ שֶׁל לְעֵינֵי כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְזֶהוּ הֶבֶ”ל, וַהֲרֵי שֵׁשׁ הֵם עִם זֶה סֵפֶר? אֶלָּא זֶה ו’ שֶׁהוּא הַקּוֹל, שֶׁעוֹלֶה בְּהֶבֶל שֶׁהוּא ה’. אַשְׁרֵי הוּא מִי שֶׁמְּחַבֵּר אוֹתָם כְּאֶחָד וּמוֹצִיא אוֹתָם מִפִּיו בְּאַהֲבָה וְיִרְאָה שֶׁל י”ה, וּמִשּׁוּם זֶה יֶשׁ הֶבֶל וְכוּ’, אֲשֶׁר יֵשׁ צַדִּיקִים שֶׁמַּגִּיעַ אֲלֵיהֶם כְּמַעֲשֵׂה הָרְשָׁעִים.\n

\n“They are vanity (הֶבֶל), a work of delusion; in the time of their visitation they shall perish”<\/p>\n

הֶבֶל, is the vapor of the mouth that comes out with the vibration of our words to reveal the thought consciousness of our soul.<\/p>\n

Words of lies and those that come form the desire for the self, bring chaos and suffering to that person.<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 8:3<\/a>
\n“כִּי לֹא עַל-הַלֶּחֶם לְבַדּוֹ יִחְיֶה הָאָדָם–כִּי עַל-כָּל-מוֹצָא פִי-יְהוָה, יִחְיֶה הָאָדָם.”
\n“that He might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every thing that proceedeth out of the mouth of YHVH<\/a> doth man live”<\/p>\n

Psalms 119:72<\/a>
\n“טוֹב-לִי תוֹרַת-פִּיךָ מֵאַלְפֵי, זָהָב וָכָסֶף”
\n“The law of Thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.”<\/p>\n

There is הֶבֶל that comes from the sacred words of God and brings us life energy. This is the הֶבֶל (Vapor) of the words of the Torah. The Torah begins with the Letter Bet ב and ends with the Letter ל that form the word לב, which means ‘Heart’. When we connect to the H ה of Binah<\/a> with the Zohar and Torah, we bring the Light to the heart and have the word הבל. When we utter the sacred words, we reveal this light in Malchut<\/a> ה and manifest it in our lives.<\/p>\n
