Genesis 4:3<\/a>
\n“ וַיְהִי, מִקֵּץ יָמִים; וַיָּבֵא קַיִן מִפְּרִי הָאֲדָמָה, מִנְחָה–לַיהוָה ”
\n“And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto YHVH<\/a>”<\/p>\n

“ וְהֶבֶל הֵבִיא גַם-הוּא מִבְּכֹרוֹת צֹאנוֹ, וּמֵחֶלְבֵהֶן; וַיִּשַׁע יְהוָה, אֶל-הֶבֶל וְאֶל-מִנְחָתוֹ ”
\n“And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering ”<\/p>\n

In this section, the Zohar teaches us about our spiritual work. Cain made his connection from the ‘end of time’, which is the aspect of ‘leftovers’, not from his true energy. The example the Zohar uses is a person who, at the end of his days, when he is weak and can’t do good or bad, starts to repent.<\/p>\n

Abel started everything with dedication to the Light and his offerings were accepted and rewarded by God increasing his vessel.<\/p>\n

The fact that his brother killed him later was part of the reward. Abel incarnated as Seth to be the foundation of the world of Tikkun. Abel, Seth and Moses all have the same soul.<\/p>\n

Most of us came late in life to connect to the Zohar and to the understanding of how God works in the world. It is never too late to make a spiritual connection with all our heart, giving our best effort to connect and increase our vessel for the next level of our soul. We could be rewarded in the next life or if we merit it, see Mashiach and be able to absorb the great light that awaits us.<\/p>\n
