Tikkun 69<\/strong> – 104<\/p>\n

Genesis 4:9<\/a>
\n“וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל-קַיִן, אֵי הֶבֶל אָחִיךָ; וַיֹּאמֶר לֹא יָדַעְתִּי, הֲשֹׁמֵר אָחִי אָנֹכִי”
\n“And the LORD said unto Cain: ‘Where is Abel thy brother?’ And he said: ‘I know not; am I my brother’s keeper?’”<\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon asks ,”Was not the Holy One, Bless be He, knew where is Abel. We know that there is nothing hidden from God, as it said in Jeremiah 23:24<\/a>
\n“אִם-יִסָּתֵר אִישׁ בַּמִּסְתָּרִים וַאֲנִי לֹא-אֶרְאֶנּוּ, נְאֻם-יְהוָה: הֲלוֹא אֶת-הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֶת-הָאָרֶץ אֲנִי מָלֵא, נְאֻם-יְהוָה”
\n“Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith YHVH<\/a>. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith YHVH<\/a>. ”<\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon continues “Woe to those stupid people that their heart is closed, and their eyes are shut” as it said on them in Psalms 115:5<\/a>
\n“פֶּה-לָהֶם, וְלֹא יְדַבֵּרוּ; עֵינַיִם לָהֶם, וְלֹא יִרְאוּ”
\n“They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not”<\/p>\n

They are like animals that cannot see and understand in the Torah but the chaff and straw that are the outside covers.<\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon uses the example of Chaff and straw because they are shells that cover the wheat and have no value. Because of that they are exempt from tithing.<\/p>\n

Wheat, חטה, has numerical value of 22 and this is the aspect of the 22 letters of the Torah.<\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon now explains the question that also holds the answer. The אי , “where” is formed of two letters.א represents אהיה<\/a> AHYH<\/a> that is the supernal<\/a> mother<\/a>, Shechina, that also has the name ‘אנכי’, “I AM” . י,Yod, represents YHVH<\/a>. These two letters that bring the light to the world removed themselves from the lower name of אדני, ADNY, and went up to Chokmah<\/a>, leaving behind the two letters דנ, that represent the judgment in the world.<\/p>\n

When Cain answered “am I my brother’s keeper”, he meant that he didn’t know that ‘I AM’, אנכי, is with his brother.<\/p>\n

We learn from this Zohar section that it is very important to study Torah to the deepest levels.<\/p>\n

The Daily Zohar follows Rabbi Shimon’s system of bringing Torah verses and uncovering the deep secrets within them to reveal their inner light.<\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon, in Zohar Beha’alothcha, curses every person that relates only to the stories of the Torah. He says that a simple person can write more exciting stories to entertain the people. The Torah is a code, a guide for us to seek and study in order to connect and draw its light.<\/p>\n
