The Zohar reveals that the ‘vapors’ go up and down in the heart. They are the aspects of the male letter of the YHVH<\/a> name, Yod י and Vav ו<\/p>\n

Genesis 28:12<\/a>
\n“וַיַּחֲלֹם, וְהִנֵּה סֻלָּם מֻצָּב אַרְצָה, וְרֹאשׁוֹ, מַגִּיעַ הַשָּׁמָיְמָה; וְהִנֵּה מַלְאֲכֵי אֱלֹהִים, עֹלִים וְיֹרְדִים בּוֹ.”
\n“And he dreamed, and beholds a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.”<\/p>\n

The life force that comes from the Endless light, ‘pulsates’ in the world of Malchut<\/a>. The wisdom of God created the system that way, so the light that comes down won’t break the vessel with continuous flow. To keep the vessel in a state of desire for the light, it needed to distant its light from the vessel. (For those who understand, it is one of the secrets of מטי ולא מטי).
\nThat force gives us the automation of the breathing cycle, heart beats and the continuous desire for the next fulfillment. Our consciousness is attached to the vapor\/pulse that goes up through the channel of Zeir Anpin<\/a> that is יוד-הא-ואו-הא to the ה H of Binah<\/a>.
\nWith a pure consciousness, the lower seven Sefirot connects to the upper three and completes the Tree of Life<\/a>. The opposite creates disconnection and lack of light in the lower world that brings all kind of negativity.<\/p>\n

Every word or even breath that we bring out of our mouth forms a packet of energy. It can go up and bring light or create negative angels that bring lies and chaos into our lives and the environment.<\/p>\n
