אָמַר רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן: חֲכָמִים, כָּל הַבִּנְיָנִים הַלָּלוּ תְּלוּיִים בַּמַּחֲשָׁבָה, כְּמוֹ שֶׁמָּצָאנוּ בְקַיִן וְהֶבֶל, קַיִן הָיָה עוֹבֵד אֲדָמָה וְהֵבִיא קָרְבַּן פִּשְׁתִּים, מֵאוֹתוֹ הַצַּד שֶׁל עֶרְוָה, הָיְתָה מַחֲשָׁבָה לְהַקְרִיב לִפְנֵי הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא עֶרְוָה, וּמִנַּיִן שֶׁפִּשְׁתִּים הוּא מִצַּד הָעֶרְוָה? שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וַעֲשֵׂה לָהֶם מִכְנְסֵי בָד לְכַסּוֹת בְּשַׂר עֶרְוָה, הֶבֶל הָיָה רוֹעֵה צֹאן, הִקְרִיב קָרְבָּן מִבְּכוֹרוֹת צֹאנוֹ, זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב וְהֶבֶל הֵבִיא גַם הוּא מִבְּכֹרוֹת צֹאנוֹ, מַחֲשַׁבְתּוֹ הָיְתָה בְאוֹתוֹ מָקוֹם שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בּוֹ וְעַתִּיק הַיָּמִים יוֹשֵׁב, לְבוּשׁוֹ כְּשֶׁלֶג לָבָן, וּשְׂעַר רֹאשׁוֹ כְּצֶמֶר נָקִי, וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מְצָרֵף מַחֲשָׁבָה טוֹבָה לְמַעֲשֶׂה, וּמִשּׁוּם זֶה קִבֵּל אוֹתוֹ, וּמַחֲשָׁבָה רָעָה אֵינוֹ מְצָרְפָהּ לְמַעֲשֶׂה, וְזֶהוּ קָרְבָּנוֹ שֶׁל קַיִן, וּמִשּׁוּם זֶה חָרָה לוֹ. מִיָּד וַיֹּאמֶר יהו”ה לְקַיִן לָמָּה חָרָה לָךְ וְכוּ’, הֲלוֹא אִם תֵּיטִיב שְׂאֵת, אִם תֵּיטִיב מַעֲשֶׂיךָ – שְׂאֵת, אֲנִי מְחַכֶּה לְךָ וְאֶטֹּל מַשָּׂאֲךָ עָלַי, וּמִנַּיִן לָנוּ שֶׁשְּׂאֵת הוּא מַשָּׂא הָעֲוֹנוֹת? שֶׁכָּתוּב נִלְאֵתִי נְשׂוֹא, וְאִם לֹא תֵיטִיב מַעֲשֶׂיךָ – לַפֶּתַח חַטָּאת רֹבֵץ, וְזֶה פֶּתַח הַגֵּיהִנֹּם, שֶׁשָּׁם הַחֲטָאִים שֶׁלְּךָ שׁוֹלְטִים עָלֶיךָ, וְאִם תֵּיטִיב מַעֲשֶׂיךָ, אַתָּה תִּמְשֹׁל בּוֹ.<\/div>\n

Tikkun 69 <\/strong>– 128<\/p>\n

The thought is the leading force of manifestation. Nothing is expressed in this world without a preceding thought.<\/p>\n

The manifestation process goes through four steps.<\/p>\n

אור הכתר<\/strong>– Light from Keter<\/a> that pushes us to the global and personal Tikkun process.
\nמחשבה<\/strong>– Thought – intention – Soul level of Neshamah
\nקול<\/strong>– Voice – process – level of Ruach<\/a>
\nדיבור<\/strong>– Speech – action – level of Nefesh<\/a>
\nWe may not have the freedom to select the thought that comes to our mind but we can choose to restrict or to follow it.<\/p>\n

Cain’s sacrifices were rejected because the thought consciousness behind them were from the selfish desires and were rejected by God. Abel’s offerings were pure on all levels and fully accepted.<\/p>\n

THOUGHT <\/strong>– To have our prayers and actions ‘accepted’ by God we must have an affinity with the ways of God. We should have pure and unselfish desires to continue the light we receive. It is only when we don’t look for our personal comfort that we receive it.<\/p>\n

VOICE <\/strong>– The voice that comes after the thought is the aspect of the plan and ‘motivation’ that we get in our heart and the ‘vapor’ that builds in our lungs.<\/p>\n

SPEECH<\/strong>– The speaking part of the action we take after processing the thought and the plan of action.<\/p>\n

Remember!<\/strong> NOTHING IS VISIBLE IN THIS WORLD UNLESS THE LIGHT IS ‘PUSHED AWAY’ (reflected) FROM IT.
\nIn every step of the process, we should restrict in order to reveal the light on that step, Thought, Voice and Speech. Following this process is the best way to achieve success and progress in the Tikkun process.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
