The Hebrew word literally means &amp;#039;Return&amp;#039; to represent the aspect of leaving the bad way and returning to the righteous ways taught in the Torah.&nbsp; We can do Teshuva every day before going to sleep. It helps cleanse the soul from negative &amp;#039;attachments&amp;#039; and support a new beginning in the following day.The most basic and yet powerful repentance is saying&amp;quot;&#1495;&#1464;&#1496;&#1464;&#1488;&#1514;&#1460;&#1497; &#1506;&#1464;&#1493;&#1460;&#1497;&#1514;&#1460;&#1497; &#1508;&#1464;&#1468;&#1513;&#1463;&#1473;&#1506;&#1456;&#1514;&#1460;&#1468;&#1497;&amp;quot;&amp;quot;chata&amp;#039;ti aviti pasha&amp;#039;tti&amp;quot;Loosely translates to &amp;quot;I have sinned, I did wrongs, I did crimes&amp;quot;. If we rest from the spiritual work then we already fell into negativity.<br>\nPeople who are controlled by the planet &#1513;&#1489;&#1514;&#1488;&#1497;, Saturn, can easily fall to this aspect of negativity. Their path is full of limitations and struggles and they have tendency to fall back and do nothing.<\/p>\n<p>Saturn is the planet that forces difficult Tikkun on the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Israel&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Israel - The name that was given to Jacob after he overcomes the angel of the other-side (Genesis 35:10).The children of Israel, Israelites that have souls with the ability to connect to the three columns of the Tree of Life.Jacob, Israel is the center column, Tiferet that unifies the Right and the Left.Zeir Anpin is also called Israel because the middle point is Tiferet, Jacob connects upper Leah, and lower, Rachel.&#1513;&#1497;&#1512; - &#1488;&#1500;&#1497;&#1513;&#1512; &#1488;&#1500;&#1500;&#1497; - &#1512;&#1488;&#1513;&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=israel\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Israelites<\/a>. In order to have success with the Tikkun process, we need to follow three rules;<br>\n1.      Change of place\/location &ndash; Never take &lsquo;vacation&rsquo; from the Tikkun process. Always move and jump to make the next step of correction on the path and move forward.<br>\n2.      Name change &ndash;  The soul is in the letters of the person&rsquo;s name. As the vessel grows with every Tikkun, it is like changing name and the Tikkun is shifted to match the higher level of the renewed soul.<br>\n3.      Change of actions &ndash; Never repeat mistakes. Keeping on doing the same things and expecting different and better results is falling to the illusion of the negative side.<\/p>\n<p>Some people follow the three rules by changing physical address, name on their ID card and changing jobs.
