Deuteronomy 25:14<\/a>
\n“ לֹא-יִהְיֶה לְךָ בְּבֵיתְךָ, אֵיפָה וְאֵיפָה: גְּדוֹלָה, וּקְטַנָּה.”
\n“Thou shalt not have in thy house diverse measures, a great and a small.”<\/p>\n

Exodus 26:2<\/a>
\n“אֹרֶךְ הַיְרִיעָה הָאַחַת, שְׁמֹנֶה וְעֶשְׂרִים בָּאַמָּה, וְרֹחַב אַרְבַּע בָּאַמָּה, הַיְרִיעָה הָאֶחָת; מִדָּה אַחַת, לְכָל-הַיְרִיעֹת”
\n“The length of each curtain shall be eight and twenty cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits; all the curtains shall have one measure.”<\/p>\n

The right and left of the eyes, ears, nose and lips should have equal size. (The nose has two parts separated by inner wall).<\/p>\n

On the eyelids it said in Psalms 104:4<\/a>
\n“ עֹשֶׂה מַלְאָכָיו רוּחוֹת; מְשָׁרְתָיו, אֵשׁ לֹהֵט.”
\n“Who makest winds Thy messengers, the flaming fire Thy ministers.”<\/p>\n

Like the angels above, the eyelids open and close the upper gates and serve as messengers of light. They have similar job like the lips of the mouth. The aspect of fire in the eyes is the different colors of the eyes. Opening and closing is like blowing wind to cool that fire. This Zohar teaching explains the effect of ‘fire’ we see in people’s eyes. We can not stare in a person’s eyes too long unless they blink frequently, which is a cooling aspect of the fire that comes from the eyes.<\/p>\n

The other connection of fire is in the heart and the opening and closing of the mouth, which is the aspect of breathing, bringing the wind into the lungs to cool the heart.<\/p>\n

When we see unequal sizes in the right and left of the eyes, ears, nose and mouth, it indicates that the person can lie easily. If there are disproportions in the face parts, then there is a flaw in that person’s soul from previous lives. We can tell what aspect of the soul is flawed based on the face part. Eyes are the level of Chockmah, Ears are Binah<\/a>, Nose is Zeir Anpin<\/a> and Mouth is Malchut<\/a>.<\/p>\n
