Tikkun 70<\/strong> – 74<\/p>\n

The light of YHVH<\/a> is the force of life in the body. Every action we make affects the body part involved in that action. The positive actions, as in the 248 precepts of “You shall do…”, draws the light that is related to that precept and brings cleansing and purification to the body.<\/p>\n

The Zohar recommends us to let the YHVH<\/a> be the ‘king’ over the body and remove all impure thoughts from the mind to loosen the hold of the Klipot<\/a> on us.<\/p>\n

The ‘King’, ‘מלך’ in Hebrew, is the initials of the parts that control the body, Brain, Heart and Liver.
\nYH – יה- Brain = מח – Soul level of Neshama<\/a> – Thoughts
\nV – ו – Heart = לב – Level of Ruah – Motivation
\nH – ה- Liver = כבד – Level of Nefesh<\/a> – Action<\/strong><\/p>\n

Letting negative thoughts grow in our brain gives power to the Klipah<\/a> to control the motivation aspect of the action and tells the liver to supply energy to the negative action.<\/p>\n

The blood carries the lower level of Nefesh<\/a> and runs through the body. We can easily see a change in a person’s appearance when he is ready to make a negative action.
\nPositive actions have less effect on the person’s appearance because higher level light is peaceful. If we are on a higher spiritual level we could see some level of light radiating from him.
\nThis verse is recommended by Kabbalists to help a person block and overcome the Klipah<\/a> at the seed level of thoughts.<\/p>\n

\n“Fire shall be kept burning upon the altar continually; it shall not go out.”<\/p>\n

We should remember that the Klipah<\/a> that means ‘shell’ is a good thing for us. Not as something to accept but to break.<\/p>\n

Most of our food comes with a ‘shell’ around it. We find soft shells as a cover of wheat and hard shells of nuts. Some are easy to separate and some need a great force to break through but we always find the food inside. The Klipah<\/a> is the challenges that the light introduces in our path to pick the light and enjoy the fruit. If we avoid the work, our souls stay hungry for light.<\/p>\n

The power to break the Klipot<\/a> comes from the study of the Torah and the Zohar that teaches us how to identify the Klipot<\/a> and how to break them. The Klipah<\/a>, ‘shell’, will try to get as much more light as it can, to grow the fruit inside and away from our reach. The bigger the Klipah<\/a> that blocks the light (fruit) from us, the bigger and stronger the tool we need to use to break it and that is the Zohar, which is the ultimate ‘nut’ cracker.<\/p>\n
