Tikkun 70<\/strong> – 89<\/p>\n

Many people move some parts of their body while they speak. Some people move their eyes, hands, head and some move their legs. The body part is animated by the soul’s energy.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 50:1<\/a>
\n“הֵן בַּעֲו‍ֹנֹתֵיכֶם נִמְכַּרְתֶּם, וּבְפִשְׁעֵיכֶם שֻׁלְּחָה אִמְּכֶם. ”
\n“…for your iniquities were ye sold, and for your transgressions was your mother<\/a> put away.”<\/p>\n

Rabbi Shimon explains that in this verse the mother<\/a>, which is the Shechina, was sent away from a state of complete unification with the light to help with the Tikkun of the people.<\/p>\n

The entire existence, which is the world of Tikkun is on constant motion, nothing is inanimate. The Endless is in a total resting place because there is no aspect of lack in it. Movement exists only in the world of Malchut<\/a> and it was created this way so we can do our corrections. On Shabbat, we connect to the aspect of rest to receive from the energy of Binah<\/a>, which is above the world of Tikkun. Our Shabbat prayers mention the ‘rest’ in order to connect to that energy.<\/p>\n

Shabbat afternoon after the prayer of Mincha, is the highest state of ‘rest’ and best time to read Zohar for that purpose (10,000 times stronger connection than on regular days!).<\/p>\n

The soul as the aspect of the Shechina, is expressed strongly in different body parts that require correction. We learned that the entire body represents the spiritual essence and soul type of a person. If he has or had impurities, then it will be seen as ‘extra’ movement in the body or with something that is expressed differently from normal. Special movements of the eyes, mouth, hands and other parts indicate spiritual correction that is related to that area of the body.<\/p>\n

The correction is to bring the body into complete balance with our spiritual connections and actions. When we feel a state of peace and rest in our heart while we are following our Tikkun process, then we are on the right path.<\/p>\n
