Daily Zohar -1005\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tikkun 70<\/strong> &ndash; 110<\/p>\n<p>(Continue from previous DZ)<\/p>\n<p>In the previous lesson we read a story in the Zohar about Rabbi Shimon and friends that came to Rabbi Kruspedai&rsquo;s <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Binah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;When it is related to the Sefirot, &amp;#039;Mother&amp;#039; represents Binah. Also called Sea, source of &amp;#039;rivers&amp;#039;, from where Light flows to the lower worlds. The Menorah in the Holy Temple drew the Light of Binah to Malchut.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/staging.dailyzohar.com\/?glossary=binah\" data-gt-translate-attributes=\"[{&quot;attribute&quot;:&quot;data-cmtooltip&quot;, &quot;format&quot;:&quot;html&quot;}]\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">mother<\/a>&rsquo;s house. She prepared food and candles for them to study Torah. They realized that she had no knowledge that her son passed away in another place and they didn&rsquo;t want to tell her and become the cause of her death that could come from such saddening news.<\/p>\n<p>She served them food and encouraged them to say words of Torah as it is important part of the meal. The study of Torah during the meal and before the blessing of the food transforms the physical food into spiritual energy.<\/p>\n<p>Since Torah study is a joyous act, it is not allowed in a place of mourning, unless it is about the soul.<\/p>\n<p>Rabbi Shimon opens the study about the first word of the Torah and reveals to us new aspects of it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sefaria.org\/Genesis.1.1?lang=bi&amp;with=all&amp;lang2=en\" target=\"_blank\">Genesis 1:1<\/a><br>\n&rdquo;  &#1489;&#1468;&#1456;&#1512;&#1461;&#1488;&#1513;&#1473;&#1460;&#1497;&#1514;, &#1489;&#1468;&#1464;&#1512;&#1464;&#1488; &#1488;&#1457;&#1500;&#1465;&#1492;&#1460;&#1497;&#1501;, &#1488;&#1461;&#1514; &#1492;&#1463;&#1513;&#1468;&#1473;&#1464;&#1502;&#1463;&#1497;&#1460;&#1501;, &#1493;&#1456;&#1488;&#1461;&#1514; &#1492;&#1464;&#1488;&#1464;&#1512;&#1462;&#1509; &rdquo;<br>\n&rdquo; In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.&rdquo;<br>\nThe Zohar tells us the word &#1489;&#1468;&#1456;&#1512;&#1461;&#1488;&#1513;&#1473;&#1460;&#1497;&#1514;, &ldquo;In the Beginning&rdquo;, is the aspect of the soul that was in the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Binah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;When it is related to the Sefirot, &amp;#039;Mother&amp;#039; represents Binah. Also called Sea, source of &amp;#039;rivers&amp;#039;, from where Light flows to the lower worlds. She went out, found a pigeon and bound her with sacred words from the story of the Flood and Noah&rsquo;s pigeon to go and check if her son was alive or dead. The pigeon came back in the evening pulling her wings and making a dig like a grave. The <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Binah&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;When it is related to the Sefirot, &amp;#039;Mother&amp;#039; represents Binah. Joseph is the chariot (vehicle) for the sefira of Yessod. He controlled the sustenance of Egypt and the world, and he is a channel of sustenance.We connect to Yessod through studies, Tzedaka, and Tzadikim.Friday is Yessod of the week.
