Quando crian&ccedil;a, eu me lembro que antes da prece de&nbsp;Rosh Hashanah, muitos vinham ao centro da sinagoga e pediam perd&atilde;o &agrave; congrega&ccedil;&atilde;o. Alguns pediam diretamente &agrave; uma pessoa espec&iacute;fica, outros pediam perd&atilde;o a todos. Voc&ecirc; pode pedir perd&atilde;o a pessoas vivas ou n&atilde;o. Relacinamentos passados ou atuais. O que estiver em seu cora&ccedil;&atilde;o, tire-o. Obviamente &eacute; melhor chamar diretamente a pessoa, mas se voc&ecirc; n&atilde;o pode, diga-o aqui.<br>\n<strong>Para fazer o perd&atilde;o funcionar, voc&ecirc; precisa ter profundo arrependimento sobre a&ccedil;&otilde;es passadas e comprometimento de nunca mais repet&iacute;-las no futuro.<\/strong> Favor n&atilde;o revelar nomes de outras pessoas. Voc&ecirc; pode usar iniciais, por&eacute;m nunca o nome completo, a n&atilde;o ser que essa pessoa esteja no&nbsp;DZ. Neste caso voc&ecirc; pode usar o exatamente o mesmo nome que a pessoa usa para se apresentar. (Alguns usam pseud&ocirc;nimos). We achieve this additional light in this world by following the ways of the Torah with the general rule &amp;quot;Do good and avoid bad&rdquo;. The Heart is the center for the Ruach.&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;Neshama&amp;lt;\/strong&amp;gt; is the highest level of Light that can be achieved in this world. Righteous people that already have the level of Ruach and act selflessly for the benefit of others, can achieve the level of Neshama. Since it&rsquo;s the highest level, it connects to the brain.The higher-level of the soul controls the level below it. Neshamah and Ruach can leave the person if he loses the righteous path.
